Shipping Policy

The Dragon's Shipping policy 

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Unless we receive an abnormal volume of orders, in which case we will notify you immediately, asking for your patience as we update your processing time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

** Processing time is separate from shipping time and does not include the Postal Services time allotted for shipment, nor is the Dragon Market responsible for any unforeseen shipping delays to the carrier.

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Dragon Shipping: Specially discounted rates for our Dragon Friends. Prices are calculated by weight and are flat rate. **Orders with more than one product may ship separately to save on shipping costs.

{Due to the weight and size of our doormats they are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Weight Based and charged a flat rate of 15.00 with a Dragon Discount to all States outside of Florida. Orders inside the State of Florida, shipping flat rate with Dragon Discount is $4.00.}

USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping: We offer Priority USPS flat rate shipping, for  $14.00 or $20.00, for orders with more than one item or larger orders, price will be calculated in cart. USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping is 1-3 days shipping and comes with $100 of insurance included.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free Shipping: Free shipping for orders of $50 or more are subject to change without notice and are at the discretion of the Dragon Market. Orders of $50 before tax to qualify for free shipping.. (Excludes Door Mats)

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 20 miles of the Dragon's lair. For orders under $50, we charge $6 for local delivery with in the Dragon's delivery area.

Deliveries are made from 2PM-6PM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of your time and day of delivery. For special day or time requests you can add a note to your order at checkout or send us an email at sales@thedragonmarket.com with your request. If your request is accepted we will return a confirmation email and text at the number provided.

 How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

*If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O Boxes

For USPS deliveries: USPS delivers to most USPS Post Office Boxes, please check with your local Post Office for certainty.

For Deliveries by UPS: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, a physical address is required for UPS 2nd day air and UPS Next Day Air deliveries.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Excludes customized orders, products customized with personal designs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@thedragonmarket.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
